100% would love this feature too, another of the main things I was on the fence about before purchasing compared to other products. If this can be implemented both ways so:
1) The user can use the chatbot within a WhatsApp chat
2) If the Live Chat - Human Handover feature can be implemented with this intergrated so that a staff member with WhatsApp can reply straight from their mobile device, that would just complete the WhatsApp communication ecosystem

Jake I think this is not possible, since Chatwith's WhatsApp integration will need to use the Whatsapp CLOUD API, which is incompatible with mobile device use.
