It would be great to make the bot aware of its' own knowledge bases. For example when a user asks I'd like to buy a car, the bot would ask back: would you like an automatic gear or manual? Depending on the user's answer the bot would then only look for answers in 1 of the 2 knowledge bases. This helps a lot in scenarios where the knowledge base is tabular data i.e. CSV. It helps to provide the bot the correct context as otherwise it can return the list of cars classified as manual even though they are auto. This would require the bot to have configurable amount of knowledge bases as well as ability to define routing logic to each KB.
