Lead Collection
Sometimes you may want to ask for visitor information before the conversation begins. With our
new Lead Collection form
, you can get any combination of email, name and phone number
and get it saved automatically in your inbox. This data can be used to contact your prospects or identify customers even easier! Learn more about this new feature here.
Conversation Details
Context is king. From now on, each conversation will display additional information about the visitor's location, channel (eg. Embed, Slack or WhatsApp) and other useful metadata.
Note: Older conversations may not have this information.
Small changes and fixes
Here's a list of other things that work better now:
