I want to buy this product since it looks most sleek from all competitors but I need a way that users can book in calender of agents. I know I can do this through Zapier but it needs to check if Employee/Agent is available and check double bookings!

While it’s possible to accomplish using Chatwith, creating calendar appointments just through chat is notoriously clunky. People like to see calendars before planning their time. Usually the easiest solution is just to instruct the chatbot to provide a link to a scheduling tool (like Calendly).

But if you’d like to try it with Chatwith, one approach could be to:

Ask user for their availability, ideally in one specific day
Use an Action to fetch events scheduled for that day (eg. connect to Google Calendar using ActivePieces)
Agree with user on schedule
Use an Action to create a calendar event (again, eg. in Google Calendar using ActivePieces)

Hi Floris. Did you try with make.com? I think they have much better integration with calendars and conditional logic that allow you to customize your customer journey path to get the appointment with the right person.
