hi everyone, I'm doing more research on this topic.
Mind telling more about
why
letting clients extensively modify chatbots is desired?I imagine if you spend a lot of time configuring a chatbot (training, refining, setting custom appearance etc), letting someone less experienced (client) come in and potentially make the chatbot perform worse may not be the best?
Answering this will help me understand your use cases better :)

Rafal Zawadzki the idea I think is that the client can go through responses and mark better ones, refine core ones, without needing to involve the agency.

Additionally with refinements (for each refined response)response, need to be able to select/deselect the knowledge sources used to answer a question. Often non-applicable knowledge sources are used in a response resulting in misinformation.

a way for a client to train his own bot. sometimes we dont want to deal with it after delivering a bot to a client. now it is very limited conversations screen.

Client portal enhancement is a must if we are to market this as our solution. We need to have language toggle, own API per client so they can pay for their own OpenAI consumption.

Give customers access to each chatbots. The administrator registers the email address and password (auto-generated secure password or login via email) and allows login for the customer. Customers only have access to Dashboard, conversations, appearances, Knowledge, refinements, and previews. Administrators can control access with toggles.
