Would the limit be "hard"? Do you expect some sort of "soft" limit too where eg. a webhook is called?

This would be perfect, I'm looking forward to this implementation, it would give us a lot of control and reduce my concern if a client or one of their employees started sending out too many messages in a short space of time, this would affect the consumption of messages available to other clients in general.

Ability to limit the number of messages per chatbot in a given timeframe (monthly, daily, etc..). This would allow us to set up different pricing tiers for client services.
