As you will see in my screenshot, the chatbot does not respond to me in the way I expect it to. The chatbot ends with a a question, and when I answer with 'yes' the conversation seems to be starting all over again. So the feeling the the chatbot 'understands' me or gets my intention, is not there in this product, I feel. I love the features of you product and the interface, but for an AI chatbot in 2024, this is not what I expect, it feels more as an old-fashioned rule based bot. BTW This is not the only example. Or is there a way to mitigate this?
