I'm on the verge of canceling my subscription due to the fact that my chatbot does not collect names, emails or phone numbers. I realize that this can be done using other platforms like Mailchimp, but I do not use these platforms. I need the chatbot to collect this data so we can reach out to potential clients.

This feature will make it easier to capture important details like name, phone, email etc. Most commercial chatbot has this feature, as soon as you chat it is asking for your name and contact. I'll rather have this feature built in settings rather than using actions.

Rafal Zawadzki Great! I am using an alternate Chatbot product and this is how it looks on my website. Sharing with you so you can get the idea.
In the backend the chats are labeled with their name and email address. We also need to be able to push this name and contact info to automations via webhooks or integration.

I also would like the ability to toggle the collection of the name, email and phone number before the chat starts. Many Live Chat apps collect these and it makes supporting the user much easier.
It also would solve the problem in the Conversations list of seeing chat names Friendly Walrus, Graceful Iguana, Jovial Tiger, etc. These should be the customer names.

Dheeraj ... so true ... although I do love the idea of a Friendly Walrus, Graceful Iguana and a Jovial Tiger it definitely doesn't help identify & refer to a customer with genuine personalization etc lol.
Although this can be done via API to google sheet in the background, ideally it would be more useful in the admin backend without the need for a clunky background processes.

Rafal Zawadzki: /instead of having to integrate with Zapier. I followed the instructions and integrated with Zapier, but it still wasn't great. Unless, I'm missing a way to instruct the AI to ask for the Name and Email address first.

Hi Dheeraj, thanks for submitting the feature idea!
However, i think it's unlikely to be implemented unless there a solid use case.
Our chatbots are designed to use skills and call APIs and can collect user information (eg. name or email) if instructed to do so. We're focusing on facilitiating such interactions through text, not more UI elements.
