The ability to display a booking widget using iframe inside the chat widget or the ability to book a meeting after checking the availability against a calendar and suggesting available slots to the user via buttons.

Since lots of people are using their mobile to view anything nowadays, can we have a responsive page for the customer portal please? Currently we cannot view the conversation when click on the chatter's name on mobile.

Have the bot display a video specific to how to use the website or a pre-recorded video about the creater welcoming to the website or training platform.

Make it possible to edit/paste in OpenAPI specification as text instead of using an URL. Provide UI for managing endpoints, data types etc. Make it easier to test & debug the connected API.
