Allow human operator to take over the conversation and have a live chat with the website visitor.

Create an integration with Google Sheets to make creating Actions for it easier. Using Google Sheets is one of the most common use-cases and adding a direct integration would lower the barrier of entry to Actions.

Allow creating chatbots that use the OpenAI Assistant API (instead of the data retrieval from Chatwith)

I think it would be good if the name is captured so that it can be addressed accordingly.

Hey there, Please add the option to login with e-mail and password. I believe this addition is not just a desirable option, but a fundamental necessity for several reasons especially for teamwork and general account management

Ability to add an larger image in the form of avatar to the side of the the chat window so that the chat can be experienced with a visual identity. See screenshot

Require email address to retrieve order status also return URL to order details so chatbot can use it and give the customer more information

Be able to Install Chatbots on Teams

This is especially important on mobile, where the bubble text covers a large part of the text. If it hides after a few seconds, or it could be turned off, that would be ok.
